just do it fatty

okay heres a fitness plan to myself
stretch stretch stretch
exercise when you wake up before breakfast
eat breakfast withtin 30-45 minutes of waking up


every other day go for a jog down the street


everyday do the BMI program on the crosstrainer
then the climbing program
30 minutes of bean work
10 minutes each leg weights
1 hour for arms
15 minutes of skipping


dance dance dance
